A wine with a dark garnet color. Aromas of black currant and tobacco are complemented by a hint of sandalwood. The palate is long, slightly astringent, and spicy. Since the wine was aged in French oak barrels, it is velvety and complex, making it an excellent pairing for beef steaks or game. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
