The wine is light yellow in colour. The aroma is fruity, with notes of peach and nashi pear. The taste is full, long and spicy, with tones of dried fruit. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with hard cheeses, poultry pâtés or veal. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
