A light yellow wine. The aroma is fruity with notes of vanilla and caramel. The palate is full-bodied, long, and spicy. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with baked fish and poultry or creamy sauces. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
