From 5:00 PM An evening where wine, modern cuisine and true craftsmanship meet. The tasting menu, working title “From the Meadows and Forests of Moravia”, created by Chef Tomáš Frank, presents Moravia in a contemporary interpretation. Local ingredients, precise technique and a strong story on every plate. Wines from B\V Winery complete the harmony of each course. |

From 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM In cooperation with the Hunting Association Vlast, we have prepared a RETRO International Women’s Day celebration – a Saturday inspired by the 1990s. Look forward to game specialties at retro prices, including wild boar goulash and roasted wild boar. Come and enjoy hearty cuisine, a relaxed atmosphere and wines from our winery while celebrating International Women’s Day. |

From 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM A unique grill cooking show with Chef Fénix, featuring top-of-the-line grills from Event Selection – the iconic OFYR and the ceramic grill The Bastard. Food will be served in an all-you-can-eat format, so you can enjoy portions prepared right before your eyes, exactly to your taste. Look forward to live cooking, fire demonstrations, grilling tips and tricks, and an unforgettable atmosphere. |

| 26.09.2026 | Burčák grill fest | Taste freshly pressed young wine (burčák) exclusively at our winery and enjoy the grilling atmosphere accompanied by favourite oldies hits. A perfect combination of the season’s first flavours, the aroma of the grill, and great music. |

| 02.10.2026 | Riesling Tasting |
From 6:00 PM Riesling is the flagship grape variety of our winery. On 2 October, we will host our traditional Riesling tasting. This event will feature both the youngest vintages and a few gems from our archive. Eighteen samples will be available for tasting, accompanied by a selection of international cheeses and cured meats. |

| 31.10.2026 | Sparkling Wines Tasting – Traditional Method | A themed tasting evening dedicated to sparkling wines produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method. The tasting presents finished sparkling wines at different stages of maturity – from younger, fresh and straightforward styles to wines aged for longer periods, gaining complexity, creaminess and depth.
Guests will have the opportunity to compare how the number of months spent on the lees influences structure, mousse, aromatics and the overall character of the wine. The evening is conducted as a guided tasting with expert commentary and thoughtfully paired gastronomy. |

From 5:00 PM Our annual November event celebrating St. Martin’s Day. The St. Martin’s menu will be prepared, as always, by Chef Fénix and his team. Selected wines from our portfolio will accompany the tasting dinner – the perfect combination of flavours, aromas, and festive atmosphere. |

In December, we focus on the festive season and private gatherings, so no public events will be held. However, if you’d like to organize your own event, our Enoteca or tasting cellar is available – the perfect setting for a Christmas gathering with friends or colleagues. |
