A greenish-yellow wine. The aroma of linden blossom is complemented by light fruity notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, long, spicy, and juicy. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, poultry, and hard cheeses. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
