A light yellow wine. The aroma is fruity and floral with a hint of jasmine. On the palate, it is full-bodied and long, with a lively acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with hearty dishes on festive occasions. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
