The wine is golden yellow in colour. The aroma of pear and gingerbread is complemented by a hint of hazelnut. The taste is full and long, with a touch of spiciness. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with richer poultry dishes or Asian cuisine. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
