A golden-yellow wine. The aroma of stewed pears and gingerbread is complemented by a hint of hazelnut. The palate is full-bodied and long, with a light spiciness. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with heartier poultry dishes or Asian cuisine. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
