The wine is light yellow in colour. The aroma is delicate, reminiscent of a bouquet of meadow flowers and citrus with a honeyed finish. The taste is full, long, spicy and mineral. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with fish, delicate pâtés with almonds or veal sweetbreads. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
