A light yellow wine. The aroma is delicate, with notes of Mediterranean herbs and freshly dried hay. The palate is full-bodied, long, spicy, and mineral. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, delicate almond pâtés, or veal sweetbreads. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
