A light yellow wine. The aroma is fruity and citrusy with a light hint of meadow flowers. On the palate, it is juicy and long, with a lively acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, poultry, or pork ham. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
