A light yellow wine. The fruity aroma of gooseberries is complemented by notes of white deadnettle. The palate is full-bodied, long, and spicy. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with fresh goat cheese, aromatic dishes, or oysters. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
