A greenish-yellow wine. The fruity aroma of green quince is complemented by notes of black currant leaves with a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is juicy, long-finishing, with a zesty acidity and a slightly salty character. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with hearty dishes on festive occasions. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
