A light yellow wine. The aroma of toasted almonds is complemented by citrus notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and long, with a lively acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with lightly prepared fish, poultry, and vegetable salads. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
