The wine is greenish-yellow in colour. The floral aroma is complemented by fruity notes of blackcurrant and peach. It is full-bodied, long and fruity with a spicy acidity. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and a perfect pairing with fish and seafood. An elegant big wine suitable for bottle ageing.
