The wine is green-yellow in colour. The aroma of yellow garden raspberries is complemented by a light hint of smoke. The taste is full, long and spicy, with a mineral finish. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, boiled beef and rich sauces. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
