The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma of yellow garden raspberries is complemented by sugar melon. The taste is full-bodied, long with a mineral finish. Since the wine was trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and is excellent for pairing with roast poultry, cooked beef and thick sauces. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
