Our winery is proud to present another important milestone.
We are delighted to announce that from 15 September 2025, we are expanding our portfolio with a new collection of wines from the 2022 vintage in the Reserva and Reserva Barrique ranges.
These wines are the result of long-term dedication, careful maturation and respect for both tradition and modern winemaking practices. They bring extraordinary complexity, elegance and depth of flavour – qualities that every wine lover will appreciate.
This new vintage includes 13 wines from the Reserva range and 6 from the Reserva Barrique line.
They comprise white wines from our most beloved varieties, such as Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Moravian Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvánské zelené, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Neuburger.
How Our Reserva and Reserva Barrique Wines Are Crafted
White wines in the Reserva range mature for 12 months in French oak barrels of 3,000 litres.
Wines from the Reserva Barrique line are aged in smaller 225-litre toasted oak barrels.
All wines from both collections undergo the bâtonnage process – regular stirring of the fine lees – or the Sur lie method, ageing on the lees for at least one year.
These techniques give the wines greater body, aromatic richness and complexity while enhancing their aroma, colour and clarity.
After being drawn off from the barrels, the wines continue to mature for at least another year in the bottle, achieving exceptional balance and harmony.

From 1 October 2025, part of this new collection will also appear in our self-service tasting enomatic machines, allowing visitors to enjoy selected wines by the glass directly at our winery.
