Sylvánské Zelené Reserva and Barrique Awarded in the Grand Test by Wine & Degustation

We are truly delighted to share a wonderful achievement that reaffirms our journey and philosophy.
In the latest Grand Test by Wine & Degustation magazine (June 2025), focused on the Sylvánské zelené variety, our wines Sylvánské zelené Reserva Barrique 2021 and Sylvánské zelené Reserva 2021 were awarded 2nd and 3rd place.

For us, this is not only a recognition of our dedicated work in the vineyard and cellar but also confirmation that traditional varieties still have much to say.

Sylvánské zelené is, for us, a true symbol of Moravian winemaking – a variety with depth, elegance and character, bearing the unique imprint of the place where it is born.
We believe that through patience, respect for nature and faith in time, wines are created that can speak not only to experts but to everyone who enjoys them with genuine pleasure.

Sylvánské zelené Reserva Barrique 2021

Wine region: Moravia – Mikulov subregion
Vineyard: Popice, Stará hora

A wine of rich yellow hue. The aroma of noble oak is complemented by smoky notes of cooled ash and a hint of white peach.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, long and balanced by a lively acidity with a touch of mineral salinity.
Aged in French oak barriques, this wine is harmonious and complex, making it an excellent companion to meat dishes and festive occasions.
An elegant wine, perfectly suited for bottle ageing.

Sylvánské zelené Reserva 2021

Wine region: Moravia – Slovácko subregion
Vineyard: Mutěnice, Úlehle

A wine of greenish-yellow colour. The aroma of fine oak is enhanced by subtle smoky notes of extinguished ash and a touch of white peach.
On the palate, it is full and long, with lively acidity and a mineral, slightly saline finish.
Matured in French oak barrels, it shows harmony and complexity, pairing beautifully with meat-based dishes and refined dining.
An elegant wine with excellent potential for bottle maturation.
