The wine has an onion-skin color. Its aroma is fruitily tropical, with mango and lychee notes, complemented by hints of raspberries and sugar melon. The taste is full, round, honeyed with a creamy finish. Since the wine was aged in a medium-sized French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, poultry, or cheeses. A rare wine suitable for bottle aging.
