The wine is light yellow in colour. The aroma is fruity and floral with a hint of jasmine. The taste is full and long, with a spicy acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with meat dishes for festive occasions. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
