The wine is light yellow in colour. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by fruity notes of quince with a hint of jasmine. The taste is full, long, viscous and with a spicy acidity. The wine was aged in a French oak barrique barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with meat dishes for festive occasions. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
