The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma is fruity and floral with a hint of jasmine. The taste is full-bodied, long with a spicy acidity and minerality. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and perfect for pairing with meaty foods on festive occasions. An elegant big wine suitable for bottle ageing.
