The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by floral notes of linden blossom. The taste is full and long, with a lively acidity. As the wine was aged in a French oak barrique barrel, it is harmonious and complex, pairing beautifully with dark fish, sushi, poultry and mature cheeses. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
