The wine is light yellow in colour. The aroma is citrusy, reminiscent of lime, with a gentle touch of wood and a caramel finish. The taste is full and long, with a lively acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine lees in a medium-sized French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with fish, poultry or pork ham. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
