The wine is greenish-yellow in colour. The herbal aroma is associated with the expression of noble grey mould (Botrytis cinerea). On the palate, it is spicy and juicy, with candied citrus peel and a hint of honeyed botrytis notes that will deepen with time. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing as it was aged in a wooden barrel.
