The wine is greenish-yellow in colour. The aroma is delicate after a bouquet of meadow flowers and dried raisins with a honeyed finish. The taste is full-bodied, long with a mineral finish. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and a great pairing with fish, fine pates or pork ham. An elegant big wine suitable for bottle ageing.
