The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma of elderflower and gooseberry is complemented by notes of noble wood. The taste is full and long, with a lively acidity. The wine was aged in a French oak barrique barrel; it is harmonious and complex, pairing beautifully with richly prepared fish dishes or fine cured meats. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
