The wine is yellow in color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by caramel notes. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and minerality. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrique, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with more richly prepared fish or high-quality sausages. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
