The wine is greenish-yellow in colour. The aroma of dewberry flowers is complemented by gently crushed blackcurrant leaves. On the palate it is full-bodied, long and fruity with a spicy acidity. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and a perfect pairing with asparagus or fresh goat's cheese. An elegant big wine suitable for bottle ageing.
