The wine is greenish-yellow in colour. The aroma of dewberry flowers is complemented by gently crushed lemon balm leaves. The taste is full-bodied, long and gooseberry fruity with a spicy acidity. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and a great match for pairing with more substantial fish. An elegant big wine suitable for bottle ageing.
