Sparkling Wines
Our Charmat sparkling wines are crafted exclusively from estate-grown grapes. The base wine matures for several months on fine lees using the Sur lie method, which enhances its depth and complexity. It then undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks, allowing the wines to retain their freshness and fruitiness.
We release them to the market only in the autumn of the following year, when they have reached perfect balance between elegance and flavor.
