The wine is green-yellow in colour. The aroma of green peach is complemented by smoky tones with a hint of caramel. The taste is full and long, with lively acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and complex, pairing beautifully with meat dishes for festive occasions. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
