The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma is delicate after green peach with a hint of cold smoke. The taste is full-bodied, long with a mineral finish. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and a great pairing with fine white meat finishes. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
