The wine is straw yellow in colour. The floral aroma of violets is complemented by creamy tones. The taste is full, long and rounded, with high viscosity. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with sheep cheese, goose liver or Asian cuisine. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
