The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by floral notes of vanilla and smoky tones. The taste is full and long, with a powerful finish. The wine was aged in a French oak barrique barrel. It is harmonious and complex, pairing beautifully with smoked eel, goose liver or Asian cuisine. An elegant grand wine suitable for bottle ageing.
