The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma of roasted almonds is complemented by citrus notes. The taste is full and long, with a spicy acidity and minerality. The wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs beautifully with light preparations of fish, poultry and vegetable salads. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
