The wine is straw yellow in colour. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by roasted almonds. The taste is full and long, with lively acidity and caramel notes. The wine was aged in a French oak barrique barrel. It is harmonious and complex, pairing beautifully with smoked fish, poultry dishes and pasta salads. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
