The wine is yellow in color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by roasted almonds. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and minerality. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrique, it is harmonious and complex, making it an excellent match for pairing with smoked fish, poultry, and pasta salads.
The wine has a potential for long-term aging in the bottle, thanks to 12 months of aging in French 225L barriques.
