Sparkling Wines
Our Frizzante wines are made from the same base wines as the standard range, but with a shorter bâtonnage process. The finished wines are delicately carbonated with natural CO₂ under pressure of up to 2 bars. This gentle effervescence adds freshness and lightness to the wines.
The 2024 vintage was enriched by carbonation with natural CO₂ captured during fermentation, further highlighting its authentic character. The result is refreshing, lightly sparkling varietal wines, perfect for any occasion.
