RESERVE
White Wines
The white wines of the RESERVA range mature for 12 months in oak barrels of 600 or 3,000 liters. During this time, they regularly undergo the process of bâtonnage – gentle stirring on the lees – or the Sur lie method, where the wine rests on fine lees. After bottling, the wine continues to age for at least another year. The result is harmonious, full-bodied, and elegant wines with excellent aging potential, carrying a subtle touch of French oak.
