Red Wines
The red wines of the RESERVA range are crafted only in exceptional vintages. They primarily showcase local Moravian varieties such as André, St. Laurent, and Blaufränkisch, which express remarkable individuality in our terroir. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines mature for many months in carefully selected French oak barrels, which impart noble notes, finesse, and structure.
The aging process is slow and natural, typically lasting 18 months in barrel, followed by an additional 3 years of bottle maturation before the wine is ready for release. The result is wines with velvety tannins, perfect balance, and a long, elegant finish.
