RESERVE BARRIQUE
Red Wines
The red wines of the Reserva and Reserva Barrique ranges are produced only in exceptional years – when the perfect harmony of variety, vintage, and grape ripeness is achieved. These are wines of distinctive character, capable of developing and maturing for many years to come. They are dedicated to patient lovers of complex red wines with long-term aging potential.
Reserva Barrique
These wines mature for 24 months in small French barrique barrels (225L), followed by at least 36 months of bottle aging to fully develop their potential. Barrique barrels impart depth, finesse, and structure, while the preservation of varietal expression remains paramount.
So far, this range includes only two wines: Frankovka Barrique 2018 and our first-ever Cuvée from the 2019 vintage, crafted from Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Reserva
The wines mature for 24 months in toasted French oak barrels (600L) and then spend at least three years in bottle to achieve full expression.
This range features wines from renowned international red varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir. In exceptional vintages, it may also include unique local grapes such as Neronet.
