A yellow-colored wine. The aroma is floral, with notes of linden blossom and irises, and a slight hint of petroleum. On the palate, it is full-bodied, robust, and long-lasting, with a lively acidity. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel. It is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, poultry, and hard cheeses. An elegant, full-bodied wine suitable for bottle aging.
