White Wines
The white wines of the standard range undergo a meticulous winemaking process that includes cryomaceration – gentle maceration of chilled grapes to enhance their aromatic profile. They are then predominantly matured in stainless steel tanks, where they undergo bâtonnage – regular stirring on fine lees for a period of 6 months. This process gives the wines fullness, complexity, and harmony.
The result is fresh white wines of predicate quality, showcasing a vibrant varietal character.
