The red wines of the standard range mature exclusively in French oak barrels of 600 liters for a minimum of 12 months. Thanks to maturation in high-quality barrels, the wines acquire subtle oak notes and elegant tannins that are well-balanced and pleasing on the palate.
The winemaking process emphasizes preserving the varietal character and the uniqueness of the terroir, resulting in wines with a distinctive and harmonious profile. The outcome is varietal red wines that stand out for their elegance, structure, and excellent aging potential.
